2024 – a year of celebration
In 2024, we are celebrating a significant milestone – the founding of Mekrapid in 1974.
Being a family-owned company, it has always held a crucial position in our lives. Growing up alongside it has given us a unique insight into the company and a deep appreciation for it.
When we were kids, we used to play around the production facilities while our father worked. We painted the production floor with pictures of horses and cars. Sometimes, we would sit under our father's desk and giggle while he spoke in foreign languages with people on the phone.
During our teenage years, we had the opportunity to work at Mekrapid and earn our own pocket money. We got to know the people at Mekrapid, familiarized ourselves with the company culture, and gained insights into various technical and administrative processes. Additionally, we had the chance to establish relationships with customers and suppliers from a young age; even today, many of these connections are still close to us. This extensive network figuratively expanded our family and made our world feel more interconnected and intimate.
Fifty years have passed since the start of our business.
We have faced both good and challenging times during this period, but our focus has always been on providing reliable products and production to our customers. Our motto, which may seem small on paper, has been the key to our survival and success. We want to thank our staff, customers, suppliers, financiers, friends, and families for their unwavering support and contributions throughout these years. Thank you all!
